I had an amazing experience with Sapna South Asian Wedding Planning. They are a premium service so if you are looking to hire a budget wedding planner, you will end up paying the price in the end. Let me start by saying I had hired an Indian Wedding Planner and had to drop her b/c she had no time for me. She was way cheaper than Sapna so I went with them - biggest mistake of my wedding! All I have to say is WOW - Sapna Weddings worked wonders for my wedding. I hired Raana with four months to go before my wedding and when I contacted her in a frenzy, she helped me soooooo much. She was there for me like a friend, helping me with all my vendors as well as being my sounding board for problems I was having with my family. She was professional, caring, smart, quick and saved me a lot of stress since she took on all of the work. I recommend her to any and all who are looking for a wedding planner. Anyone can say they're a wedding planner, but she is truly a dedicated and intelligent one who will make your event go off without a hitch! I LOVE SAPNA SOUTH ASIAN WEDDINGS!!!

Sapna weddings takes on more than they can handle. I would recommend taking only the day of or month of services because I went with the full year, and it seemed like I was doing all the work at the beginning and just updating her to keep up with her budget spreadsheet along the way. They were too busy with other weddings, I frequently got pushed aside because they had other weddings coming up and I got the feeling they would deal with my wedding once it is closer to the date. Definitely not worth the thousands I spent.

I would like to share my experience with Sapna Wedding and Raana who is the Senior Wedding Planner at the company. My fiance is Muslim and I am Hindu. Raana made us feel comfortable from the start as she had done many inter-religion marriages before. She was very educated on both or our customs and traditions and it made things so easy for us. She even knew more than us! We just hired her for the day of co-ordination but we are so glad that we did. We booked all our vendors ourselves and made some big mistakes. A lot of our vendors didnt get us what we were promised, but the good thing about having Raana there was that she refused to pay them until they provided what they were supposed to, namely decor and the hall! For the day of, Raana took care of both the ceremony and reception and things went off without a hitch. She was totally on the ball and organized with everything. The one thing we regret is having her find our vendors for us. I really want to thank Sapna Weddings for their great work. Don't hire a cheap wedding planner to save money. Its important to have an experience, organized well established Wedding Planner to ensure that the most important day of your life is perfect. Kyle Maharaj.
